This place was a strong match for a day tour in Springdale with good price-value balance. Pierra was amazing during check-in, handling a difficult customer like a pro. Try to avoid the busy times at check-in for a smoother experience.

We enjoyed kayaking and mountain biking nearby. The staff were super friendly and the kitchen facilities helped us stick to our budget. Overall, a great place for a group getaway!
The Wi-Fi was slow and tough to connect, which was a bit annoying when we wanted to plan our next day.

Our family enjoyed kayaking nearby, which was a fun adventure for the kids! The location made it easy to explore good outdoor areas. The room, though simple, was adequate for our large family needs, and we appreciated the price.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could improve significantly. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional during check-in. A better luggage system would help families to manage their bags more easily.

Solo Traveler's Cautionary Tale
The staff were amazing, all hard working people busting their butts all day. Shout out to Connie and the gang who really try to make it better for everyone here. They’ve got a rough system, I get it, but they still keep smiling!
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but it was bearable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 09kitchenette convenienceaffordable locationkey retrievaloutdated condition
The kitchenette setup in the studio with two double beds allowed for cooking meals, which added convenience. Plus, the location is near several restaurants and shops, making errands or dining out simple.
Check-in processes were troublesome, as the reception area was often unattended, complicating key retrieval. The general condition of the hotel felt outdated with noticeable wear in the rooms, such as stained countertops and questionable cleanliness in the bathroom.

I had a great time with the cozy atmosphere and the amazing shower that felt like a spa. The hotel had a lovely outdoor seating area and a quiet lounge where I could unwind. The only hiccup was a slight issue with the door keys that took a bit to sort out, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 14friendly staffclean showerslingering odorlack of cleanlinessno breakfast
The staff were genuinely friendly and hard-working, making the stay feel welcoming. However, the room left much to be desired, it had a lingering odor, cleanliness was lacking with old toothpaste residue in the sink, and there were limited toiletries for two guests. Additionally, the absence of breakfast was a letdown, considering the price paid for the room.

This hotel offered friendly staff and a clean room, though I noticed issues like a sticky kitchen floor and inadequate supplies for a family. Some guests were rude, which affected the overall atmosphere, but overall staff tried hard under pressure. The noise from the highway was a minor inconvenience.
